To use the Application, you may need to create an account. You can sign up and create an account using Single Sign-On (SSO) or your Google account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please ensure that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
You agree to use your account solely for personal use and not to share your account credentials with others. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security must be reported to us immediately.
Upon successful account creation and authentication, you will have access to the WebDevDaily application. The Application allows you to utilize the built-in browser Integrated Development Environment (IDE) to complete front-end challenges. Please note that a new challenge will be made available every 24 hours.
While using the Application, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
The Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WebDevDaily and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that the Application is provided for your personal use and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, or used for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
By using the Application, you may submit or upload content, including code and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of the Application and our business.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects or errors will be corrected. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Application exceed the amount you paid, if any, to us for the use of the Application.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Application after the changes will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be brought exclusively in the courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Subscribers are eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact email@example.com with your account details and reason for the refund.
